Bought this without a closeup view of the fabric, which is a dense, even-weave fabric. I went for the L/XL, but I probably ought to have gone for the S/M size, as it is nearly ankle-length on my 160cm self. But as I've already washed and removed labels, exchanging isn't an option.Rating
Is it worth the £33.99? No, perhaps a bit less, but it does have a pleasantly-and-sturdy-yet-rustic feel to it. I do wish the labels were easier to remove, as the care label was somewhere that would show, and one would have to break the hem-stitching/finishing to properly remove it. I would prefer to have it and the other labels, temporarily attached so they could be removed without destroying the good hemming.
Overall, I'm content with the scapular, and I'm looking forward to wearing it to LARP, once I've fixed it. (Posted on 07/09/2019)
