I firstly purchased this tunic over a year ago and it has seen lots of wear, it is warm fairly wind proof with a moderate amount of water repellency. After a year of heavy wear and only hand washing, as the vikings would have done it is still in brilliant condition. I was so pleased with its durability that I purchased a second one. Very well made and, although not authentic materials, they really look the part and only the strictest authenticity officer could tell.
